- Shortened financial statement refresh rate from two days to twenty minutes by automating monthly financial statements, while customizing reports for all health system departments.
- Achieved zero-based budgeting directly at practice level by championing, purchasing, and implementing IBM Cognos budget and planning model.
- Saved $2m annually by applying for 5 Urban FQHC sites that prevented closing valuable services to the community.
